Beth (she/her) has been involved in early childhood education guiding young children since 2000. Starting  as an assistant teacher at a private preschool, as well as an infant/toddler teacher at The Goddard School. She has also worked with many families caring for children over the years. Beth has been with Summit Montessori School since 2015, starting as an assistant teacher in the Beginners classroom.  It was then she realized she wanted to learn more about the Montessori philosophy and continued her education enrolling at Cambridge Montessori Institute to obtain her infant/toddler teaching credentials.
Beth enjoys observing children in the early years when they experience such great growth in personal development and independence.  She believes that every child has an innate potential to learn and grow and she strives to create a nurturing and stimulating environment that supports their individual needs and interests. Beth is also a lifelong learner who enjoys reading, cooking, gardening, traveling and spending time with her family.
