Our admission process consists of several steps designed to familiarize children and their parents with Summit Montessori School.
An initial inquiry from a prospective family can be made by completing the form below, calling 508-872-3630 X 220, emailing, or simply by visiting our school. We then schedule a private visit for parents or guardians during which they will have a chance to visit classes and spend some time with the Director of Admissions and parents, as well as the Head of School. This is a great time to learn more about Montessori education and Summit's unique approach to it.

A visit is then arranged for your child. Applicants to the Children's House (ages 3 and 4 years and kindergarten) typically spend a half hour in the classroom with the teachers, while prospective Elementary students (first through sixth grades) are invited to join in classroom activities including lunch and recess from 8:30 to 1 pm.
At the time of the child's first visit, the completed application must be submitted with a $50.00 non-refundable fee. Summit Montessori considers each prospective student carefully, ensuring that each accepted student has a successful experience at Summit. When necessary, there may be a waiting list for spaces as they become available.
Upon acceptance to the school, a non-refundable deposit of $2,000 for Elementary and full-day programs or $1,500 for half-day programs is required and will be applied to tuition.

3 - Once you are done, choose File > Save A Copy, and save the copy to your computer.
(If you want to go back in and change information, you can do so and then re-save it.)
4 - Once the form is completed and saved, email the form to the school at
